This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes any prior drafts, agreements, undertakings, representations, warranties and arrangements of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to or in connection with this agreement.

These terms of sale cover your purchase of the content and its use. If after 2 hours of your order, the content has not been sent to your mobile device, please contact us by ringing 01291 672150 (charged at National Rate) or by emailing cuserve@teimlo.com. Our agreement allows only you to use the content and you must not transfer the content to any other person(s). You will be in breach of intellectual property right laws if you do this.
We will try to make sure the content reaches you, but sometimes this may be affected by factors we cannot control, for example, interruptions to our services due to faults in networks or third party suppliers and we will not be liable for any delay caused by them.
In addition we will not be liable to you in any way for failures, defects or delays in the delivery of the content which are caused by one or more of the following reasons:

We are only liable to you as set out in this agreement. We have no other duty or liability to you. Our entire liability to you for something we or anyone who works for us does or fails to do will be limited to the value of your order. We are not liable to you in any way for any loss of income, business or profits, or for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered into this agreement. For the avoidance of doubt this includes direct, indirect and consequential loss. We will not be liable to you if we cannot carry out our duties or provide our services because of something beyond our reasonable control. Other than any assurances we have provided in the preceding paragraph, all warranties, representations, conditions or other terms either expressed or implied in relation to this Agreement are excluded and limited to the maximum extent permissible by law.
We may hold a number of items of personal data about you which you provide to us. This information, and information about the use of our service is used by us and our partners to provide our services to you and for research purposes. From time to time we may use your details to send you information on offers, including material about other carefully selected companies, or for market research purposes, by sending text messages to your mobile phone, or by other means. 1.You accept these terms and conditions when you enter the Competition. To enter the competition you must answer the multiple choice question posed.
2.The closing dates for entries will be notified on clearly on the radio or printed clearly. The winner is then announced as soon as the Competition has closed. Our competitions are skill based and each correct answer will go into a Prize Draw pool. No numbers are seen by UCB staff during a competition and the Prize Draw winner(s) from the pool are drawn by an automated process that can only happen after the competition closes.
3.The Competition may, from time to time, be affected by events outside our control. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to accept/send entries due to network performance or due to any other event outside our reasonable control.
4.Entry may only be made via texting a keyword (such as DRIVE) to 83737. Any other entry will be invalid. Text messages cost 25p plus your standard network rate. Charges for entering the Competition will be deducted from your available credit time if you are a pre-pay customer or appear on your monthly statement if you are pay monthly customer.
5.In respect of each mode of entry, you must obtain permission from the person who pays for the phone service before playing.
6. Entrants may enter the Competition as many times as they wish, however they should be aware our competitions are all simple competitions with one correct answer and two incorrect answers.
7. After the Competition has closed, the Winner(s) will be contacted on the number he/she used to text his/her entry in on and will be asked to give their address details. If for any reason successful contact is not made with the Winner, a second Entrant will be selected from all eligible correct entries within the draw as a runner-up Winner to take his/her place.
8. In the event that the Winner does not, or is unable to, comply with these Terms and Conditions, UCB shall be entitled, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify the Winner, without any further liability to the Winner and, again, a second Entrant will be selected from all eligible correct entries within the draw as a runner-up Winner to take his/her place.
9.By entering the Competition the winners agree to their names being used in publicity by the UCB.
10. UCB reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of Entrants. Entrants acknowledge that in order to carry out this verification process and to arrange delivery of the Prize, UCB may be required to transfer personal data and Entrants hereby agree to the transfer of their personal data solely for such purpose.
11. Entries that are incorrect or incomplete will be void. No refund will be made of the cost of any entry.
12. In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the Competition and/or any network or other communication failures, the decision of UCB shall be final.
13. By entering a competition you are agreeing to also receive at least one marketing message from UCB by text. You will always be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from future messages each time we contact you.
14. After the competition close time no further entries will be accepted. Should you send an entry after that time you will receive back a non-charged text telling you that the competition is closed. You will still be charged by your operator for the text entry you send in, but this will be at your normal text rate.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all entries
This Agreement is personal to you and it does not confer any benefit on any third party under The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
